International Orders: Import Duties & Taxes

LowPro Mounts does not collect import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, or customs fees at checkout.

The buyer is solely responsible for any duties, taxes, fees, or customs charges imposed by their country.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and contact their local carrier or customs office once the shipment arrives in their country to avoid delivery delays.

If an international shipment is returned, abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of because import duties, taxes, or customs fees were not paid, no refund will be issued.

If a package is returned to sender because the customer's local customs authority rejects the shipment on the grounds that the item is prohibited or otherwise not permitted for import into that country, no refund will be issued.
