How to Start a Return
To start a return, email derek@lowpromounts.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid USPS return shipping label. Please reuse the original shipping box whenever possible.
Return Policy
LowPro Mounts offers a 30-day return window. To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of the delivery date.
Unless the product is defective or was damaged during shipping, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be unused and in new condition. Once your return is received, it will be inspected before a refund is issued.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping costs (if applicable)
- A 5% payment processing fee
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
This processing fee is charged to LowPro Mounts by the payment processor and is not refunded when an order is refunded.
Items that show signs of use, damage, modification, or installation—including but not limited to stripped threads, cracked components, oil contamination, or excessive wear—are not eligible for a refund.
Exchange Policy
LowPro Mounts does not offer direct exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong mount, please initiate a return (see Return Policy above) and place a new order for the correct item. This ensures you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, email derek@lowpromounts.com with your order number.
If the order has not yet shipped, it may be cancelled and refunded, less a 5% payment processing fee.
This processing fee is charged to LowPro Mounts by the payment processor and is not refunded when an order is cancelled and refunded.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, you may return it in accordance with the Return Policy above.
Order Change Policy
If your order has not yet shipped, changes can usually be made before fulfillment.
To request a modification, email derek@lowpromounts.com with your order number and the changes you would like to make.
Eligible order modifications include:
- Adding products
- Removing products
- Updating the shipping address
After the modification is processed, you may either receive an invoice for any additional balance due or a partial refund, depending on the change requested.
Payment methods cannot be changed after an order is placed.
Incorrect Shipping Address & Return-to-Sender Policy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please email derek@lowpromounts.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
If the order has not yet shipped, the shipping address can be updated.
Once an order has shipped, LowPro Mounts cannot modify the shipping address, reroute the package, or guarantee successful delivery.
If a package is returned to sender because the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Orders that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or otherwise affected as a result of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer are not the responsibility of LowPro Mounts.
International Orders: Import Duties & Taxes
LowPro Mounts does not collect import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, or customs fees at checkout.
The buyer is solely responsible for any duties, taxes, fees, or customs charges imposed by their country.
Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and contact their local carrier or customs office once the shipment arrives in their country to avoid delivery delays.
If an international shipment is returned, abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of because import duties, taxes, or customs fees were not paid, no refund will be issued.
