Return & Cancellation Policy
How do I start a return?
To start a return, send an email to derek@lowpromounts.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and the product(s) you wish to return. I will then send you an email with a pre-paid USPS return shipping label. Please use the original shipping box for your return.
Return Policy
I offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the order delivery date to ship the product(s) you wish to return back to me. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is determined to be defective or was damaged during shipping. Returns must be unused and in new condition. Once the return is received, I will inspect the product(s) and issue a refund to the original payment method minus the cost of the pre-paid return shipping label (usually ~$5) and non-refundable 5% transaction fee. As the seller, I still get charged this transaction fee even if the order is returned and refunded. If the product(s) is found to be used or damaged (e.g. stripped threads, cracked, oil stains, etc.), it will disposed of and no refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, send an email to derek@lowpromounts.com with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped, I will cancel the order and issue a full refund minus the non-refundable 5% transaction fee. As the seller, I still get charged this transaction fee even if the order is cancelled and refunded. If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and would need to be returned (see Return Policy above).
Incorrect Address / Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to me because the shipping address provided at checkout was either incorrect or incomplete, the buyer is responsible for the cost of a new shipping label. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
Import Duties & Taxes for International Orders
I do not collect import duties or taxes at checkout. The buyer is responsible for paying any import duties or taxes when the package arrives in their country. Your local customs should contact you using the email address and/or phone number you provide during the checkout process. However, I highly recommend you track your package and contact the carrier once your order arrives in your country to pay any applicable duties or taxes to avoid a delayed delivery. If your order is returned to sender or disposed of because you did not pay the applicable import duties or taxes, no refund will be issued.
